Investing in California's Bedrock: the Leadership of Women and Girls

 
The Women's Foundation of California has spent 30 years on the ground supporting, training and fueling the fiercest women leaders, fanning the winds of change for women and girls throughout California.
 

We’re not out to tweak things here and there. We insist on a comprehensive approach to advance the status of women and girls in our state. In short, every grant we provide is entrée into a vibrant and diverse community of women leaders, and access to priceless knowledge — knowledge that strengthens grassroots organizations.

So what do we do? We don't teach women to fish. We cut down the fences around the lake.
